For safety reasons, in order to inspect all systems, we ask that the home owner does the following:
  • Have all utilities on.
  • Have the breaker panel(s) accessible, (nothing in front of them),
  • Have all circuit breakers on,
  • Have most outlets reachable,
  • Have all window treatments (especially mini blinds) open or up, to inspect the windows.
  • Have all doors unlocked,
  • Have all animals restrained or contained.
